Although they understood the value of content-driven marketing and had been experimenting with it on their own, one of their key challenges was the lack of a strategic framework to guide their marketing efforts.
While they were publishing content related to the coffee industry, they lacked clarity on their target audience and the specific messaging needed to attract high-quality leads. Their content was industry-adjacent but not always aligned with the needs and interests of their ideal customers.

The first priority was to establish a clear understanding of their target audience. To achieve this, we conducted an in-depth discovery workshop at their office in Cardiff, where we spent a full day working with their team to refine their ideal customer profiles.
Following this, we structured a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to their business objectives.
We gathered insights into their customers' pain points, competitive positioning, and unique selling propositions. This groundwork helped shape a messaging and positioning framework that would make Bridge Coffee Roasters stand out in a competitive market.
Over the next few months, we delivered a full strategy roadmap focusing on lead generation, content marketing, and organic traffic growth. This included creating eBooks, a full blog strategy to aid SEO, enhancing social media presence, developing email marketing campaigns and ongoing HubSpot Implementation support.
Beyond execution, our role extended to acting as an on-demand strategic partner. Whether it was content editing, refining messaging, or troubleshooting HubSpot queries, we remained a constant resource for their marketing team.

Within just three months of implementing our inbound marketing strategy, Bridge Coffee Roasters saw a 40% increase in organic traffic quarter over quarter. Year on year, this growth reached an impressive 400% compared to 2023, demonstrating the significant impact of our SEO and content optimisation efforts.
Beyond traffic, the results translated into tangible business opportunities. In the first seven months, their website generated 135 new contacts purely from organic search, six of whom have already converted into customers. This is coupled with our email campaigns, with an existing client calling them directly after receiving the email to upgrade their coffee machine.
